Welcome to the Asbury Place Owners Association Website!

Asbury Place Home Owner's Association was developed in 1999 after the
traditional 1959 brownstone apartment building, formally known as The Murray
Apartments for DU hockey coach Murray Armstrong, was updated and converted into
condominiums. It is conveniently located next to Denver University campus -
just East of the Ritchie Center and across the street from the DU Law School.
It is 1/2 mile from the DU Light Rail station near Buchtel Boulevard and easy walking distance to numerous restaurants and
shops around South University Blvd. & East Evans Ave.

Asbury Place is made up of 31 individually owned condominium's (1-bedroom +
study nook and 2-bedroom floor plans) with reserved off-street parking, secured
building access, an elevator, and on-sight coin-operated laundry facilities.
HOA fees include heat, water/sewer, trash/recycle, lawn maintenance and snow
removal. Asbury Place is currently managed by Caron Realty, Inc. & Management and has an
active board that strives to maintain the value of the property.
